Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS and Fedex. Most orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be shipped that day.

Except as otherwise noted, all our equipment comes with a one year warranty.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies:

Returns of equipment within 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please call for RMA. Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping, after shipping, they are considered returns.

Warranty and Replacements:

Equipment failures within the warranty period will be issued an RMA number for the defective equipment that is being returned. This equipment will be repaired, if possible, or a replacement sent. If an advanced replacement is issued, you will be invoiced. We will credit that invoice when the defective equipment is returned to us within 15 days.

Do you provide technical support?

When you purchase equipment from Aable Communications, not only do you receive quality equipment, you also receive quality technical support from our factory-trained technical support specialists. Our knowledge far exceeds all others in the equipment that we sell. Our specialists will get your equipment up and running fast.

If you did not purchase your equipment from Aable, we are still here to provide you the best support you can get. Our technical support specialists are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Appointments are suggested, but not mandatory. The standard charge for our tech support is $35.00 per 15 minutes, per call.

What does your warranty cover?

Most equipment, unless noted, carries a one year warranty. If during normal operation, equipment should fail, Aable will repair or replace the item and return it to you. Our warranty does not include damages from improper installation, abuse, damage from liquids, power surges, lightning and other acts of God.
